Job Description
The primary responsibility of the lead SAP IT Product Analyst is to support Domino’s Pizza Organization in analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of our SAP landscape including SAP S/4, EWM, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, and BTP. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP concepts and processes, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position will be a dedicated IT resource in stabilizing and further developing the usage of SAP in our organization.
Main responsibilities
Lead the design, build, test & deployment of configurations for SAP deployments.
Lead analysis and design sessions with key business stakeholders to facilitate integration discussions between SAP and Other/ERP systems.
Provide updates to and share information with appropriate IT team members regarding the implementation and changes for backlog and change requests
Work with solution architects, business & IT SMEs and developers to understand and assist in the design & implementation.
Collaborate with SAP product support in the recommendation of best practice strategies to further streamline the system implementation.
Collaborate with SAP product support team to manage system upgrades.
Identify and evaluate recurring support issues that may need a system solution and manage to resolution.
Provide support to Level 1 and 2 Team Members in documenting and resolving production issues.
Oversee unit testing, integration testing and issue resolution.
Plan and lead UAT as needed.
Develop and manage KPI’s and ongoing Reporting requirements.
Strategic partnership with internal customers for solution development, service management, risk management and relationship
Facilitate the planning and execution of project deliverables to enable the business to achieve objectives through the effective use of SAP
Serve as a “trusted advisor,” and function as a key point of contact for business for SAP
Work closely with internal & 3rd party resources & SMEs including system integrators, through any additional phases of the project.
Provide recommendations and create documentation for business process redesign.
