We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our corrugated packaging facility. This role is central to driving our facility's performance, focusing on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and productivity. You'll spearhead strategic growth initiatives, expanding our reach both locally and regionally, and ensure the plant's profitability aligns with our high standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business or Engineering preferred
5+ years of progressive management experience in a Corrugated Packaging facility, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations/production management - Required
Strong financial acumen with a history of achieving financial and operational goals
Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
Strategic thinker with excellent planning and analytical capabilities
Effective communicator, adaptable to various audiences
