Job Description
The Director of Omnichannel Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving significant growth through the development and execution of comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies. This senior leader will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external advertisers, to ensure seamless and effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires an advanced understanding of email and text marketing, segmentation, profile management, and marketing technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Strategy Development: Create and implement high-level marketing strategies that integrate multiple channels, including email, text, social media, and more, to enhance visibility and engagement.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Audience Segmentation: Develop and manage detailed audience profiles to ensure targeted and personalized messaging, enhancing the relevance and impact of marketing efforts.
Marketing Messaging: Craft compelling and consistent marketing messages tailored to different channels and audience segments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Email and Text Marketing: Design and oversee advanced email and text marketing campaigns, including automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Marketing Technology Management: Evaluate and manage marketing technology tools to enhance campaign performance, measurement, and reporting.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content, design, and sales, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Audience Segmentation and Profile Management: Develop detailed audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data. Manage and update audience profiles to ensure accurate targeting.
Email and Text Campaign Development: Create and oversee advanced email and text marketing campaigns, including list management, automation, and personalization strategies.
Marketing Messaging and Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to develop marketing messages and content that align with overall marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.
Marketing Technology Integration: Integrate and manage marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools) to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics tools to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to maintain competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing functions such as SEO, social media, and PPC to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
