Job Description
In your position as Project Manager HR Systems, you will responsible for the implementation, control, administration and maintenance of our global Human Capital and Work Force Management System. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
Administrator, Implementer and Technical Contact for our global workforce and human capital management system, SAP SuccessFactors, Paycor, and other systems as needed.
Responsible for the technical implementation of functional requirements.
Migration of interfaces to systems.
Implementation in HR modules and operational processes.
Provide operational support for integrating new systems/modules into the existing system landscape, as well as coordinating the necessary coordination processes.
Engage in constructive and trusting collaboration with relevant stakeholders, specialist departments, and internal or external IT.
Contribute to the continuous technical development of our HR systems and further digitization projects.
