Are you an Experienced Quantity Surveyor looking a new exciting opportunity?
If so please look no more.
You will be required to assist with a series of refurbishments and new build projects. You’ll be working with a forward thinking business and be joining a dedicated dynamic team reporting to the Commercial Director.
General requirements:
- Good working experience as a Quantity Surveyor and strong understanding of the construction industry.
- Fully excel on all MS office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Must hold a valid drivers license.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Great attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Core Skills:
- Experience and knowledge of construction contracts.
- Management procurement schedules from inception to completion
- Management of key sub-contract packages.
- Review and analysis of the tender returns.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Be able to travel and work away from home where possible.
