Salary: £150 - £225 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
About the Role: My partner Secondary School based in Huddersfield is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring they meet or exceed their target grades.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' learning.
Participate in school-wide activities and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
