Portfolio Assistant

LASER Energy are looking for a confident individual with a problem solving and process driven mindset to join their team.
The Portfolio Assistant will be accountable for delivering the end-to-end portfolio service, ensuring accurate and timely processing of any changes to their customers' portfolio of sites/energy supplies. The successful candidate will need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to ensure any changes are proactively managed through to completion, keeping the customer informed along the way.

Key duties -
Work with both the Customer Service and Billing teams to ensure a first class service is delivering to your portfolio of customers
Be the first point of contact for portfolio enquiries, resolving in a first time response where possible
Build and maintain solid working relationships with suppliers
Obtain precise and complete data sets for the onboarding of new customers ensuring go-live and full system set up prior to opening invoices
Action any changes in line with KPIs to ensure that each portfolio is manage in line with the SLA
Maintain accurate and up to date systems reflecting changes
What we need from you -
Knowledge and experience in the energy supply industry is desirable but not essential
Proficient IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software’s and systems
A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs
Demonstrates leadership qualities
