About the Company:
Our client, a highly ambitious business, has recently implemented a new ERP system to enhance their operational efficiency and data management capabilities. They are now seeking a highly skilled Data Integration and BI Specialist to transform their data integration, storage, and utilisation processes. If you are passionate about data modernisation and have a knack for technical hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Data Integration and Storage:
- Redesign and optimise data integration processes in alignment with the new ERP system.
- Oversee the modernisation of the data warehouse to ensure seamless integration with the ERP system.
Business Intelligence (BI) Tool Implementation:
- Evaluate, scope, and recommend a cutting-edge front-end BI tool such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Lead the implementation and customisation of the chosen BI tool to meet the company’s analytical needs.
ETL Operations:
- Manage and execute Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) activities to ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems.
- Develop and maintain ETL scripts, processes, and workflows.
Project Management
- Drive data-related projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for data integration and BI tools
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and BI, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in data integration, warehousing, and BI tool implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their data integration requirements.
