Sous Chef - £30,000 per annum
Full time position working 42.5 hours per week on a Rota basis.

Are you a talented and passionate Sous Chef looking to join a dynamic culinary team at a prestigious hotel in Worcester? Our client is seeking a creative and dedicated individual to assist our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to their guests.
The Role:
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.
* Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
* Help with inventory management and ordering supplies.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
* Culinary qualifications or relevant training.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food safety standards.
