We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager for our client, a reputable Regional Tier 2 Contractor based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of projects including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential developments.
Job Description:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites
* Manage all aspects of site safety, quality, and productivity
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
* Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure adherence to client requirements
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Key Responsibilities:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, from inception to completion. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in managing construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a range of projects and possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* CSCS and SMSTS qualifications are essential
