Job specific Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician:
Basic Plumbing
Basic Electrics
Basic Carpentry
Lamp changing
Take Tap Temperatures
Flushing
PPM's
Reactive maintenance
Plant Room Checks
Assist other engineers onsite as required
Painting & Decorating
Tiling
