Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a well-established business based in Poole, and who are now looking for an additional member of staff to join their small, hard-working team.
They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team with the successful candidate being able to demonstrate strong sales background. With An exceptional account base they offer Audio visual products to the educational market. They are looking for a professional who can generate new business approx. up to 60% of your time as well as upselling to existing customers. You will be in an open plan office with up to 6 members of staff.
The successful Sales Executive will: -
* Proven sales / account manager experience
* Previous experience of selling into the educational sector, desirable but not essential
* Have worked within Audio visual previously
* Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI’s
* Telephone sales techniques - closing sales and cold calling
* To develop new businesses opportunities approx 60% of your time
* Methodical and organised
* Used Salesforce CRM or something similar
* Self motivated and confident
* Calm under pressure
* Have good attention to detail with strong listening skills
* Desire to work within sales and overachieve targets
* Be flexible and proactive in your approach
Sales Executive Job duties:-
* To gain appointments with existing and new customers for their external Team
* Regularly liaising with existing customers to maintain and develop long term relationship
* Act as a primary contact, help solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate contact information on Salesforce CRM system
* Process orders, monitor progress and keep customers informed
* Attend supplier Training as required
* Work with channel partners to build pipeline and close business
* Close sales and achieve monthly KPI’S
