Title: Registed Nurse
Location: Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex.
Pay Rate (DOE): £20.15-£21.80
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly team in Bexhill-On-Sea. Our client are an exclusive home, and our client pride themselves on their person centred approach of Nursing to older people.
Our client recognise the importance of residents’ shared experiences. We offer nursing and residential as well as respite and day care. Our caring team of nurses and care assistants are on hand 24 hours per day to provide care whenever it is needed.
As a Registered Nurse you will provide leadership for a team of nurses, promoting a stimulating and caring environment for all residents. You will exhibit a high standard of professional practice and encourage the introduction and implementation of new ideas, current trends and methods of nursing using evidence-based practice.
You will have experience of leading a team within a care home or similar health or social care environment, relevant and demonstrable clinical experience, an awareness of CQC Regulations and other relevant legislation and experience of working with Quality Assurance systems and clinical audit
