Key Responsibilities: Duties: CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
* Set up, program, and operate advanced CNC lathes ( Doosan and Nakamura ) to produce complex precision components.
* Analyse blueprints, strong GTD skills interpreting engineering drawings, and engineering information to determine the best machining processes.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise the machining processes and improve efficiency.
* Conduct routine maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Monitor the quality and accuracy of the finished product and make necessary adjustments to the machines and processes as needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of production runs, job setups, and quality control data.
* Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the working area.
Qualifications and Skills: CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
* GCSE , diploma or equivalent
* Fanuc programming is an advantage.
* Good GTD skills.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up, programming, and operating advanced CNC lathes. • Strong technical skills and knowledge of machining processes, and programming languages.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to machining and manufacturing processes.

Hours of work:
* Early shift Monday to Thursday- 6 am to 2.15 pm
* Late Shift Monday to Thursday -1400 to 0015.
