Our top legal client are currently searching for a solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Maidstone on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time in the office, Monday to Friday.
Key experience to include:
* Transfer of Equity.
* Stamp duty returns.
* Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases.
* Acquisitions and refinancing.
* Lease renewals and deeds of surrender.
* Title checking and search reports.
* Remortgages and enquiries.
* Utilities agreements.
* Managing a full caseload from pre to post-completion.
