Internal Sales / Telemarketer / Telemarketing
Working for the UK and Ireland Telemarketing team is based at the manufacturing base in Woking area, Woking closely with our sales people by contacting warm and pre-qualified sales enquires, and booking demonstrations in for the sales person’s diary. This role involves all aspects of customer relationship marketing and database maintenance using our existing installed customer base (full training will be given) as well as being involved in telemarketing campaigns to generate technical and potential sales interest. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving new customer acquisition and growth objectives.
The position reports to the Internal Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland.
What you will be doing:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling to our qualified database of largely warm contacts;
Effectively communicate the advantages and benefits of the product range;
Book product demonstrations for UK field sales colleagues;
Pre-qualify and develop sales enquiries (from marketing activities like exhibitions, emails, website, inbound enquiries);
Update and maintain accurate and current information in the CRM database (Goldmine);
Assist UK Sales with preparation of quotations and additional administration duties as required;
Make and book service calls for our Service Engineer.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2 year’s experience of Internal Sales / Telemarketing or related type role- ideally within a technical / Engineering / Electronics or Product based environment;
Intermediate IT skills (CRM/database, Word, Excel, Outlook).
What you will be getting:
This is a flexible postion and you can select part-time or full time, permanent position and offers flexible working hours between EITHER 28 hours OR 36 hours per week ALSO with flexibility on the start and finish times, in line with the Company’s core working hours, and some working from home when settled.
* The salary for this position is £16.50 per hour per annum;
* Commission on target earnings of £6,000 per annum. The commission structure is based on sales generated for the UK & Ireland that have been shipped for the prior month and is payable monthly in arears;
