Learning and Talent Development Consultant
Location: Chelmsford, Anywhere worker
Salary: £400/day
Contract: Temporary (3 months)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
Harper Recruitment Group Ltd are working alongside a local authority to hire an innovative Learning and Development Consultant who will design and implement a wide range of programmes to enhance their workforce capability and cultivate a high-performing culture.
Main duties of role:
Facilitating and delivering transformative Management and Leadership development courses
Identifying and addressing skills gaps
Offering advice and employing creative design methods
Liaising with SME's, People Leads and Business Partners
Enable the development of talent by strengthening the approach to internal mobility e.g. secondments, projects and short-term assignments
Measuring key performance indicators
Meeting standards set by the CIPD and integrate this in to all actions
Creating learning solutions for a variety of different audiences with a collaborative approach
Evaluating the impact of learning initiativesRequired knowledge and skills:
Educated to a degree level in a relevant professional field e.g. Learning and Development, Human Resources or equivalent
Professional membership of CIPD at Chartered level or working towards this
Demonstrate experience of successful planning, designing and delivering learning and development interventions in a large and complex organisation
Ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of design thinking and a good understanding of modern learning design and delivery approach
