Customer Service Administrator
Contract: Maternity cover until July 2025
Location: North Nottingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 2:30pm
Hourly Rate: £11.44ph

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Join our client, a highly regarded mail order company, as a Customer Service Administrator processing customer orders.

Responsibilities:

Efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
Prompt handling of customer inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone
Addressing customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
Tailoring responses to individual customer needs
Staying informed about current offers, promotions, and product availability
Delivering consistently high levels of customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner
Assisting with general administrative tasksRequirements:

Proven customer service experience in office, retail, hospitality, or similar environments
Positive, friendly attitude to match the office environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Possession of a driving license and own car preferred due to limited public transport availability in the areaApply NOW to avoid disappointment!
