Our esteemed client in Annesley is currently undergoing significant expansion, leading to the need for skilled Manufacturing Operative to join their dynamic team.
This is a family environment business with a permanent contract from day 1, this company has a great work environment, everyone works as a team in helping and supporting each other.
Shift Patterns:
Monday - Friday 12:30pm-9pm
Payrate:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour (experience-dependent) for 40 hours per week.
Monthly bonus of £150-£250 based on target achievement.
Daily Duties:
Order picking
Manual handling and lifting involved
Handling goods inwards procedures.
Loading and unloading lorries, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Desired Candidate:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Overhead crane operation knowledge ideally but not essential.
Comfortable managing heavy loads and working within specified weight limits.
Preferably possesses FLT counterbalance experience.
Holds a valid driving license, facilitating potential transportation tasks.
