Customer Account Handler

Due to the continued success and expansion of a successful and established leasing company based across the UK, a new and exciting position has become available in York for a customer orientated Customer Account Handler.

This is an organisation which offers its customers and clients a wide range of unparalled services and this role specialises in developing and building upon the success of the ‘Business to Business’ side of the organisation, offering endless opportunities for both company and the successful individual.

The Customer Account Handler works within a small team and you will have your own client accounts that you look after, you are responsible for assisting your clients with sourcing and procurement of products.

* Working with your clients to deliver their products whilst working alongside suppliers

The role of Customer Account Handler involves having every day email and telephone contact with a partner network as well as processing all sales related paperwork.

You will love working as part of a team to deliver a seamless service to your customers, and, you will enjoy the attention to detail required to deal with calls and emails from suppliers and partners to check order delivery deadlines are met. You are daily talking to existing clients and suppliers and dealing with all associated paperwork surrounding that.

The ideal Customer Account Handler ideally will have some office or customer service experience though this is not essential!! What is important is that you have the ‘get up and go’ and ability to pick things up quickly and an outgoing, bubbly personality and are IT Literate. Full training is provided.

Salary: £22,500 plus team bonus (circa £28K)

Hours: 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday
