Your Role:

As a Project Manager within our renewables arm, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design, pricing, and installation of PV solar panels. Here's what we're looking for:

2-5 years of prior experience within the PV Solar industry: You know your way around solar projects and have a passion for renewable energy.
Excellent communication skills: You'll be dealing with a range of stakeholders, so being a great communicator is key.
Organised and self-starting: You'll implement procedures and effectively manage all aspects of the works.
Commercial acumen: Negotiating terms and managing finances are part of the role, so commercial knowledge is essential.
People skills: You'll manage subcontractors and staff on-site, ensuring a smooth operation throughout.Your Responsibilities:

Completing all projects to client scope.
Assisting with design works and providing quotes to clients.
Developing and monitoring a program of works from tender to construction status.
Presenting pre-start presentations to clients and staff.
Chairing progress meetings and contributing to monthly financial reports.
Ensuring quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
