I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to on-board a site engineer to manage the engineering of a new project being delivered in Yorkshire. As the site engineer on site you will be looking after the bulk earthworks package.
Site engineer responsibilities:
* Setting and surveying with Trimble equipment.
* Producing and recording As-built surveys.
* Quality assurance checks.
* Volume calculations for material moved and placed.
* Machine control.
* Health and safety compliance.
* Reporting to Project manager.
Site engineer requirements:
* CSCS card.
* Diploma or Degree in civil engineering or surveying.
* Proficient with AutoCAD, LSS, Trimble business centre, Excel software's.
* Proficient with Trimble total station/ GPS.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous earthworks experience.
