An industry leading company in the Partitioning market requires a Project Manager based in the Northwest to oversee various projects, largely in the commercial sector.
This is a full-time position working for a specialist contractor servicing Tier 1 main contractors and fit out clients, fitting glazed partitions, architectural glazing and associated systems predominantly in Cat A and Cat B fit out projects.
About the Role:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal teams.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Establish and maintain good relations with clients.About the Candidate:
Previous experience in a senior management role.
Experience with overseeing multiple commercial projects.
Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
Displays strong leadership skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
PC literate
