I am currenlty recruiting for an ECS Electrician to work with my client who is an M+E contractor working within the water sector who work on multipul frameworks throughout the UK. The ECS Electrician Role:

Carry out electrical installation work to BS7671 or its equivalent.
Carry out installation, service and repair to a variety of low voltage electrical control systems.
·Carry out installation and commissioning of a variety of instrumentation & control systems, controllers including flow, solids, pH, pressure, levels & actuated knife gate valves.
Carry out installation and commissioning of a variety of instrumentation & control systems sensors.
Be capable of carrying out mechanical assembly/modification of pipework assemblies where minor blockages have occurred, modifications are required or replacement of leaking pipe sections.
Routine maintenance calls with probe cleaning
Conduct planned preventative maintenance and calibration of instruments on JRP's product range.
For individual projects, they will report to the assigned Project Manager, however, dependent on experience they could be expected to accept ownership of certain lower valued contracts.
Can be suitably trained by JRP to undertake calibration / verification of solids metering and Instrumentation.
All should be PC literate and be able to demonstrate IT skills to be able to carry out the following:
Very Basic Microsoft Package usage
Able to access, read and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Load Software and make operating system modifications - Training given
Change PC module peripherals as required- Training given

Qualification requirements for the ECS Electrician

ECS health and safety (Must Have)
JIB approved (Desirable)
NVQ level 3 (Must have)
18th edition
Experience working in industrial utilities environments on Installation projects
Water Sector experience (Desirable)
Full Drivers licence (Must have)
