Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment for children aged between 0-5 years.
* Collaborate with experienced educators to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development.
* Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through engaging interactions and play-based learning.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and providing regular feedback on children's progress.
* Ensure adherence to safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
* Sound understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and build rapport with families.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
