* Utility Balance and Consumptions
* Process Datasheets for Equipment and Instruments
* Create and Develop P&ID
* Create and Develop Process Flow Diagram
* Equipment Sizing Shortcut Methods and Detailed
* Process Modelling - PEL, Aspen, Hysis Flarenet
* Pressure Relief Philosophy
* Relief Valve and Bursting Disc Sizing and Specification
* Steam and Condensate Systems
* Control Valve Sizing
* Restriction Orifice Sizing
* Preparation of Technical Specification Documents for 3rd Party Design
* Knowledge of Relevant Codes and Standards
* Team Building
Requirements:
* Minimum of a degree or master's degree in a related field.
* Keep up to date with latest industry and functional standards, technology, and norms.
* Be familiar with all relevant systems.
* A good understanding of the availability and use of all relevant electronic tools and software.
* Full awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and standards, and their practical application.
* Awareness and understanding of all relevant Company Policies, processes, and procedures
