Job Type: Permanent
Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm- option of Hybrid model after passing probation HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Advisor to join one of the financial services companies based in Belfast.
You will be joining a family feel team who focuses on delivering exceptional service to their customers.
No day will be the same! You will interact with customers and investors via emails and telephone.

Handling investors queries via telephone and email
Resolving investors queries by showing empathy and willingness to support
Type emails to clients/investors
Accurately update data onto the inhouse systemGeneral Requirements of Customer Service Advisor:
Previous experience working in similar role
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Accuracy and keen eye for detail
General Administration skills
