Facilities Manager

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our end-client's team and ensure the environments are not just functional, but exceptional. As a Facilities Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of everyone who walks through the doors.

Package:

Competitive salary between £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) 
Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the client’s facilities, from maintenance and repairs to renovations and improvements
Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff, ensuring everyone works together seamlessly towards our goals
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions
Develop and oversee budgets for facility operations and capital projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all staff
Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Solid understanding of building systems and maintenance best practices
Dedication to delivering exceptional service and continuously improving our facilities
