Are you an experienced HR professional / HR Advisor with Employee Relations (ER) expertise, particularly in case management? Are you keen to develop into a HR Generalist position?

Our client, a dynamic company committed to fostering a positive work culture, is seeking a Lead HR Advisor to join their team in Whiteley.

You will need to have a driving license in this role as you will be travelling to branches across the UK when required.

Role Overview: As the Lead HR Advisor, you'll spearhead Employee Relations initiatives, leveraging your extensive case management background to drive solutions and maintain a fair, supportive work environment. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with employment laws while promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Leadership: Oversee and manage all ER matters, serving as the primary point of contact for cases.
Case Management: Utilize your seasoned experience to handle employee cases, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
Policy Implementation: Drive the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Compliance and Legal Adherence: Ensure adherence to employment laws, providing guidance and support to mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive ER Experience: Proven track record in managing a variety of employee relations cases.
Understanding of Employment Laws: Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
