Hybrid Payroll Supervisor

As a Hybrid Payroll Supervisor, you will be ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time, whilst working closely with key stakeholders within the business (HR, Finance etc.) to ensure compliance is adhered to and that reporting is carried out.

What are you responsible for...?

Deliver payrolls: accurately, timely and in line with compliance
Responsible for submissions to HMRC (monthly and weekly RTI files)
Assist the wider payroll team with any query resolution, process changes and system issues
Audit completion for key data
Update the team with changes to legislation, tax, statutory payments, NI etc.
Work closely with numerous key stakeholders - process changes and any project kick offs
Create a supportive and friendly working environmentProfile

The successful Hybrid Payroll Supervisor...

Strong track record of a senior payroll position and/or team responsibility within a medium-large organisation (2,000 employees and above ideally)
Excellent knowledge of multiple systems (both Payroll and HR platforms)
Carry the ability to support, maintain and motivate the team
Good attention to detail and confident in Excel abilities
Adaptable and demonstrate strong organisational skills

Hybrid Payroll Supervisor...

Salary: From £39,000 per annum (dependent on interview performance and experience)
Hybrid Working - 2x per week in Reading office
37.5 hours per week
