We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor on an exciting scheme in Oxford. The business has a national presence, carrying out projects across the commercial, student accommodation, research & development and education projects typically valuing up to £80mil.
Due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to grow their commercial team with an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a complex scheme in Oxford. The project is valued circa £30mil and is due to go to site in Q1 2024.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially responsible for the project, working closely with the site teams so maximise profitability whilst ensuring project deadlines are met. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and be responsible for an Assistant QS reporting into you.
In return, they're offering a salary of up to £70k + Package and the opportunity to work for a cash-rich business with ample progression opportunities.
