We are looking for Production Operatives who can lead the way in delivering our clients tasty high quality products to their customers. We want to find candidates with the desire to grow and progress within the company with the support of ongoing professional training and development.
Location: Milton Keynes (MK8)
Contract: Temp to Perm (Permanent contract after 12 weeks)
Hours: You must be flexible to work both days and nights shift.
Pay Rates:
Day Shift - £11.60
Night Shift - £12.60
Day Shift – Tue, Wed, Thur – 6am-6pm, Friday – 6am-1pm
Night Shift – Mon – 11pm-6am, Tue, Wed Thur – 6pm-6am
This rota will rotate on a bi-weekly basis
Rates increase as training progresses and assessments are complete.
About the Role:
• Monitor, control and manage baking machines and equipment.
• Monitor the smooth running of the work area processes.
• Perform and record regular quality checks to deadline.
• Participate in the cleaning of the production machines and equipment.
• Work to high standards of health & safety and Food safety measures.
Candidate Profile:
• Have a flexible ‘can do’’ approach to the work you do
• Enjoy working and contributing to a team
• Have a keen eye for detail
• A willingness to learn and develop
• Some experience working in a busy food production position would be an advantage, but full training will be given for the right person.
