Management Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Executive to join our fast growing Multi award-winning field marketing agency, who currently hold the title of Agency of the Year

Working 40 hours a week : Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:

* Guide, motivate and develop a regional team of managers to deliver outstanding results

* Visiting the top Independent Convenience Stores and developing strong relationships with key decision makers to be recognised as adding value to the store.

* Manage the region and monitor its performance so that records are an accurate and reliable reflection of calls made in the field

* Identify issues and resolving problems swiftly for our clients and customers

* Ensure your team are adhering to robust work standards and following procedures correctly

* Plan regional meetings that support results delivery and team development

* Carry out effective performance reviews which support team members in identifying development needs, establishing Personal Development Plans

* Ensure all business communication is current, relevant and aligned with the brand and retailer guidelines

* Work with data sources to both drive the right results for the team and report back to our customers to show the value we have added.

What we are looking for:

* Strong communication skills

* Be data literate & know how to use data to influence outcomes both in a selling situation & in analysing and monitoring team performance

* Be comfortable working under pressure

* Have great time management skills

* Be comfortable leading and motivating your team

* Have knowledge or experience of the Independent Convenience Channel

* Have a basic level of competency of Word and Excel
