A small prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic loan documentation expert to join its middle office.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all loan documentation – review, negotiation, and execution (loan portfolio covers corporate & commercial, syndicated, bilateral, commercial property, secondary market trades, guarantees etc)
* Providing customer service and technical expertise to clients, stakeholders internal/external to the London office
* Negotiating with lawyers / borrowers during negotiation stages
Your experience must include:
* Proven excellent loan documentation experience (syndicated/LMA standards etc) including negotiating with lawyers / borrowers gained within international banking
* Experience with commercial property would be advantageous
* A positive friendly team player attitude is essential to help support & mentor junior colleagues
* Strong IT skills – Excel, Fusion/Midas etc
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral to liaise at all levels
