Fire Risk Assessor

Are you an experienced Fire Risk Assessor working in the residential sector? Do you see yourself working for a professional multi-disciplinary, RICS registered consultancy?

Our client are looking to take on an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their BAFE accredited team of fire professionals. As affiliated members of the IFE and IFSM, our client offers high quality services within fire safety to a multitude of clients, primarily focusing on the residential sector. Alongside this, they are servicing large corporate properties, and prestigious university buildings.

With a fresh pipeline of work going into 2024, our client are looking to expand the passive fire team to fulfil large housing contracts coming up in and around London. Offering a tech-based report system and full training, our client believes in streamlining of efficiency to maintain consistently good work and to keep their staff happy within their role.

An ideal candidate for the role would have good experience within the housing sector, completing type 1-3 fire risk assessments. Having the knowledge to complete type 4 fire risk assessments would be desirable. Relevant qualifications and experience would include:

* Level 3 diploma in Fire Risk Assessments

* IFSM/IFE membership

* Tier 2/3 registered Fire Risk Assessor

* 5+ years within the passive fire industry
