EMBS Property are representing a client in Brighton to find a talented Assistant Manager for their impressive residential building.
Key criteria for this role:
Strong leadership experience
Customer services - to be experienced and have a strong customer service ethos.
A background in PBSA, BTR or hotel/hospitality management.
Desireable experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior CSA (PBSA) or Front of House Manager or Assistant Manager (hotel) in a residential/commercial building/hotel.
Overview of the role:
The role of an Assistant Manager is to support the General Manager and assist in overseeing all day to day operations and management of the onsite teams.
You would be responsible for ensuring the highest standards are achieved in every aspect including: sales & marketing, resident experience, customer satisfaction, event coordination, facilities/maintenance management, tenancy administration, customer service and more!
Role Outline:
● Management and development of the onsite team
● Oversee the tenancy cycle including viewings, check in and out, inspections, tenancy agreements, rent &
arrears management
● Contribute to community building within the site to ensure residents feel at home
● Update and complete financial records
● Work to agreed budgets
● Relationship management with key stakeholders and supporting partners
● Ensure best practice and excellent customer service standards at all times within the onsite team
● Coordinate all maintenance requests and planned works on site
● Ensure the site is health and safety compliant
● Organising social events for residents
