Paralegal

Tahzoo, a leading digital transformation agency in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their team. As a company specializing in customer experience solutions, Tahzoo works with Fortune 500 companies to solve complex challenges and provide strategic guidance. Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing / reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
Conduct legal research and provide support in various legal matters
Coordinate and manage documentation, including organizing and maintaining files
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
Provide administrative support to the executvive team as needed
Requirements
Associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
Proficiency in legal research and writing
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000
Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
