Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within the horticultural industry, this is an opportunity to be part of a fantastic growing company.

This role requires travelling daily to various locations, with some overnight stays.

Leading a small team on various exciting projects throughout the UK, you will have a variety of responsibilities which will include:

Liaising with client and site staff - so excellent communication skills are a must!
Team management including monitoring hours and reporting
Planning the logistics of jobs
Ensuring all materials, labour and equipment are ready.
Preparation of risk assessment
Health and safety responsibilities
Providing regular updates to the management team.
Ensuring equipment and machinery is always fit for purpose.

What you will require to be successful:

Flexibility for additional or varied hours, including overnight stays and working away from home
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Numerate and articulate
Driving license essential
