Due to exciting growth plans Rapidstart Recruitment are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take their first step into Management.

Based in Warrington. This is an exciting role for the right individual who is motivated and hungry to succeed

We are looking for either a expereinced Branch Manager or Senior Consultant who is looking for their next challenge and chapter in their career.

You will be tasked with opening a new branch based in Warrington, so some knowledge of the Warrington market would be useful. As this is a blank canvas you will be able to put your stamp on it. . Ideally, you will be an experienced 360 Driving, Industrial Recruitment or commercial Consultant or Branch Manage looking for your next move.

Duties include:-

* Recruiting your own team of Consultants

* Building and maintaining healthy and profitable desks

* Leading Buiness Development from the front

* Reporting into Head Office

* Ensuring the clients are dealt with in a professional and compliant manner

* A good understanding of recruitmnet and staffing legislation

* Growing the branch and ensuring client needs are attended to

* Ensuring excellence with our clients and workers at all times
