Ideal Recruit are currently looking for Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team in Warrington.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and is adaptable to work on various projects. Someone who can deliver to a high standard of service & enjoys being rewarded for their hard work and determination.
Responsibilities:
Placing Candidates into Permanent roles.
Sourcing candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting.
Keeping in regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth process and gain full career knowledge and aspirations.
Management of the entire recruitment process.
Working towards targets and KPI’s.
Using various tools to make new links with potential clients.
Growing relationships with regular contact (emails/calls/visits).
Use client relationships to expand business network/ referrals with other companies.
Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
Management of the end-to-end permanent recruitment process.
Attributes required for the role include:
Well presented, approachable and effective communicator.
Strong Work Ethic - hardworking with a determined personality.
Excellent computing skills (MS Office, social media).
Versatile & dynamic, as required in this role.
Valid UK driving licence and own transport.
Someone who is diligent and conscientious.
Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic.
Confident and resilient personality.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
