Electrical Test Engineer

We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for an Electrical Testing Engineer based in the North West that has a commercial background and can commute to Rossendale when needed for the office.

The salary on offer for this Electrical Testing Engineer role is £50,000 – £55,000 with an uplift for overtime work at the weekend and if you need to stay away for a job.

Job Role:

· Electrical Installation & Maintenance

· Lighting Design & Installation including LEDs and Emergency Lighting

· Periodic Inspection & Testing (however you will work alongside a dedicated tester)

· EV Charge Point(Design, Installation & Maintenance)

· Solar PV(Design & Installation)

· Security,Fire Alarm & CCTV(Installation, Commissioning, Testing & Maintenance)

· Data Infrastructure (Installation)

Skills and Qualifications:

· 10 years worth of experience (with 5 being in Testing & Inspection)

· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

· 2391 - Test and Inspection

· Gold ECS/JIB card

· Ability to work away from home when required

Advantageous would be:

· IPAF
