General Maintenance Operative
Menzies Distribution are looking for a General Maintenance Operative to join us, providing a first class service with our team in East Kilbride, . You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution and its customers.
THE DETAILS:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 08:00-17:30
45 Hours Per Week
Salary: £35,000.00k Per Hour
Parking Onsite

JANITORS DUTIES
Must be good with general skills such as Painting , Woodwork etc
Must able to work under their own initiative
Mopping, sweeping and cleaning untidy areas
Ensure the yard is kept clean and hazard free
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
JANITORS REQUIREMENTS
Positive ‘can do’ and hardworking approach to work
Appetite for supporting colleagues
Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment
Previous exoerience within a similar role is essential
