Premier Recruitment are looking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Derby.
Recruitment Resourcer duties
* Matching current vacancies using CRM and job boards
* Interviewing potential candidates both over the telephone and Face - Face
* Registering candidates for work
* Collecting RTW docs and making sure candidates are fully compliant before starting work
* Client account management
* upselling to existing clients utilising all areas of their business
Candidate Requirement
* Full Valid UK driving license
* Minimum of 1 years recruitment experience
* Sales experience
* Competent knowledge of IT software - excel, word, power point
* Good communication skills
* Good work ethic
