Warehouse Operative

We have a brand-new position available for a Warehouse Operative to join an already successful team based near Horncastle. Our client is an expert in their field and can offer fantastic career progression, training opportunities and long-term secure employment. Working in the workshop you will be required to make a wide range of bespoke wooden children’s furniture from instructions provided by your manager.
What will I be expected to do? 

Work within goods in and out department.
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading vehicles (materials and finished products), checking stock.
Assembly of products
Be versatile, and willing to learn new skills.
Carry out other warehouse/production duties as and when required. 
What skills do I need?

Previous experience in a warehouse or physically active role.
Proven ability to work using own initiative.
The ability to communicate well with other team members and management.
Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping.
Due to the location of site, you must have your own form of transport. 
What hours will I be working?
The hours are for this role are Monday to Friday from 7:00am until 15:30pm.
How much will I be paid?
You will be paid £11.44 per hour.
