Role and key responsibilities for Finance Administrator

General administration duties
Confident in office applications especially excel
Data entry/management
Good phone manner for incoming calls
Processing across sales
Report extraction
Strong organisational skills
Elements of credit control
Emailing out of invoices
Purchase order/invoice loading
Stock management
Minimum Requirements for Finance Administrator

Strong skills using an Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Previous administration experience
Pay rate: Up to £25/26,000 DOE

Working hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:30

This job is commutable from the following areas, Stoke on Trent, Biddulph, Congleton, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
