Customer Service Delivery Manager

This position is located in Solihull, the salary is £35,000 - £43,000 per annum and contains many benefits.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Delivery Manager:
* Becoming the single point of contact within the account for service-related problems and escalations
* Taking ownership of escalated customer issues, and troubleshooting with the engineers to find a resolution
* Reporting against contractually agreed SLAs and guidelines
* Providing a high standard of customer service to customers at all times throughout their journey to ensure a successful relationship
* Looking for ways to improve the service
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Delivery Manager:
* Service Delivery/Customer Success/Client Services experience is preferred
* Previous leadership experience, especially in a contact centre is required
* Excellent communication skills and being able to speak to a variety of people
* You should be IT literate as you will be required to use various systems
* You should be able to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues
