We have an exiting administrative opportunity for a Construction Project Administrator in Anaheim, CA!
This role is onsite at the project location and is anticipated to last 12 months.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
This role requires great attention to detail, technological proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Document management- ensuring proper documentation is received, checked for accuracy, stored and shared with appropriate parties
Taking and distributing meeting minutes
Related administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
3-5 years of related experience within the construction industry
Profcient with technology
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Well-organized and reliable
