Position Overview:
As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engineering function, ensuring the efficient operation of the production facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing or related industry.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering engineering projects.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
