A rare and exciting opportunity to work for a corporate body based here in Peterborough.

This is a unique role which certainly doesn’t come along every day. The successful individual will be a key member of this small team and will take responsibility for managing a large register of licensed individuals.

Accuracy and professionalism are paramount within this role. It is a varied administration position which will require an excellent level of both verbal and written communication and the ability to take lead on all registration and enrolment activity.

The capability to work with precision and uphold exceptional standards, coupled with the detailed training you will receive, would make you an excellent candidate for this role.

The Company:

The Role – Senior Administrator:

* Responsible for taking the lead on all registration and enrolment activity.

* Maintaining accurate and up to date records, manually and electronically.

* Handle inbound calls, managing general enquires and forwarding those necessary.

* Audit and archive registered files, maintaining compliance and GDPR.

* Secretariat lead for Committee meetings, including preparation of reports, attendance, necessary packs/documentation etc.

* Take minutes at Committee meetings to type up and circulate.

* Work closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure needs are met and standards are maintained.

* Support with invoice production.

* This is a senior admin role that encompasses some secretarial/PA type duties.

The Individual:

* An accurate and data driven individual who is able to maintain professional standards of communication.

* Previous experience of working within a regulated environment is a definite advantage.

* Experience of following set policies and procedures is again a strong advantage.

* The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties.

* Previous experience of minute taking.

* The ability to take on responsibility and own a task. Excellent training will be provided and in time this individual will be the key employee within this area of the business.
