Claims Call Handlers - temp £13.14 per hour - Norwich

Insurance company is seeking experienced Claims Call Handlers to support their Motor Insurance team at their offices in Norwich.

These are temporary positions to start by 10th June 2024 for an initial 3-month period and will pay £13.14 per hour.

Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week.

The roles will initially be office based, then moving to hybrid once trained.

The Claims Handler  will be responsible for answering inbound calls to support customers with non-complex queries and guide them to the appropriate onward claims journey. This will include queries regarding overnight care, outpatient treatment, diagnostic tests, scans, or aftercare. The Claims Call Handler will help and support customers to get to the right specialist private treatment they need.

 The successful Claims Call Handler will have the following knowledge, skills and experience.

Previous experience working in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service.
Excellent communication skills
The ability to be empathetic towards our customers
Able to explain things to customers in a clear and understandable way
Able to offer the right solutions and signposting to customers based on their individual needs
Experience of working in insurance is desirable, but not essential
